Meetings are held every Thursday at 1:00 pm
1st Thursdays
General Meeting: Bring your show and tell, guild business questions, general discussions, etc.
2nd Thursdays
Weaving Programs: A focus on weaving and, whenever possible, a class or program of some sort on a weaving topic.
3rd Thursdays
Questions & Study: Bring your spinning and weaving questions! This is also a study group week if there is a current group going, and another good week for show and tell.
4th Thursdays
Spinning: Bring your spinning wheel and join others for an afternoon of spinning! Or come to visit, watch, and learn about spinning even without a wheel in tow.
5th Thursdays
Special Events: These "extra" Thursdays are sometimes where special outings or events are scheduled. If there aren't any planned that month, it is more of a general meeting.
ANNUAL SPECIAL EVENTS:
2nd Thursday of February
Yarn Exchange: Bring a gift of some fiber you want to re-home in the gift exchange game and come join the fun!! Note: Some years this meeting has been started early to include a potluck. Please contact us if you would like details.
2nd Thursday of April
Weaving Challenge Meeting: If you have joined in the yearly weaving challenge, this is the week to come show your finished piece and exchange drafts. Even if you haven't made a piece, it is a very interesting meeting to come observe.
ANNUAL SHOW & SALE:
Always held the Friday & Saturday before Thanksgiving!
Friday: 2:00pm - 6:30pm
&
Saturday: 9:00am - 2:30pm
ANNUAL CANCELLATIONS:
Guild meetings happen almost every single week of the year, but there are a couple of exceptions to note!
Thanksgiving: Guild meeting is always cancelled for the holiday.
Christmas Break: If Christmas falls on or near a Thursday, the meeting is cancelled. Please contact us if you are unsure if it is cancelled that year.
